I believe that learning assists us to grow and what better place to grow than in the field of Early Childhood. I am driven to learn, succeed, and build a solid team of people with true passion and dedication within my centre to assist with that success. Children are the future, and I believe that there is a need for Approved Providers to understand the industry that they are part of, and this is part of the studies that I have completed and will complete as I support the team that I build through assisting growth and learning in the Little Learners Academy environment.
Little Learners Academy is the starting block for my passion for growth and success. This centre will grow and evolve as my philosophy for Early Childhood grows and evolves through experience and learning. I am a people person, and within that scope, I will be hands-on and accessible as that is my approach to business. I look forward to building a centre that not only I can be proud of, but the educators, staff, and families feel a fundamental piece of the centre.
I have managed many large companies around the world in the areas of growth and marketing and have now moved my experience and passion for growth to the early childhood field.
I have Degrees in Marketing, Business Administration and a Bachelor in Anthropology along with a Certificate 3 and Diploma in Early Childhood and enrolled in Bachelor of Early Childhood.
